AI allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC), including on annual billing. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over. If you reach a limit, wait for the next reset.

Some AI models use more allowance. A 2× model uses 2,000 rewrite words for a 1,000-word draft, or 2 actions for one essay request. Check the model’s multiplier before starting.

Reaching an AI limit does not automatically charge you or upgrade your plan. You can still open, edit, and export your saved work. Document and version limits are storage limits; they do not refill each month.
